PAULA SHIELDS – ADJUSTER/OWNER

Paula has 27 years experience as a multi-line claims adjuster. Her career started at Allstate Insurance where she worked for 17 years. She was promoted to a Staff Adjuster; handling investigations, evaluating bodily injury claims along with writing auto and property estimates.

She continued her growth and experience and started working for a commercial surplus lines company as an adjuster, and then later was promoted to a Claims Manager there. She handled litigated and non-litigated claims. She has served with distinction in the insurance industry in the capacity of claims adjuster and claims supervisor.

MICHAEL DORSETT – ADJUSTER

Michael has been in the insurance industry since 1981, with multi-line claims handling experience with emphasis in the General Liability and Property Lines of business. His career began at Allstate Insurance Company as a property field adjuster.

He has held the positions of General Contractor, Roofer, and Claims Adjuster. He has handled litigated and non-litigated claims. He has handled all levels of claim investigation and has experience with writing and handling property claims.

JUSTIN SHIELDS – ADJUSTER

Justin is a property and general liability adjuster who started his career here at Southland Claims Service. He’s served as an adjuster on many heavy structural losses and has experience writing estimates and diagrams.

KENT SUTTON – ADJUSTER

Kent has 25 years of Property and Casualty Claims administrative experience: Commercial Auto / Trucking, Commercial Liability, Garage Keepers Liability, Garage Keepers Legal Liability, Products Liability, Personal Auto, Home Owner Liability, Public Entity Liability, and Professional Liability.

JACQUELIN SHIELDS – ADJUSTER

Jacquelin started her career with Southland Claims Service, Inc. as an office manager. She has been handling and managing a third party administrative account for 2 ½ years. She has also assisted with the field investigation of general liability and large commercial property losses.
